In this complementary therapy I draw from the various healing methods I work with, gained knowledge and experience to bring what is appropriate in the moment for the client.
A completely individualised, treatment, focusing entirely on what the energy of the individual is asking for at the time.
These methods can be a combination of Crystal and Colour therapy as well as Reiki and channelled guidance.
Sometimes it's channelled guidance with "homework" such as cord cutting, affirmatons or crystal information. It really is whatever is guided to me at the time and no 2 sessions are the same.
This way of working is powerful and intuitive, reaching to the root cause of any underlying blocks helping you to move forward by releasing suppressed emotions, which we can sometimes be unaware they are there.
I create a warm, safe and confidential space for this process to take place. This is a very empowering treatment - a realisation that we all have our own answers and are much more in control of our energetic bodies than maybe we first thought.
